I started repairing vehicles while attending Smith Vocational School in Northampton Massachusetts. 1964-1967 I worked at Seb's Auto repair in Hadley Massachusetts, Hampshire Lincoln-Mercury-Toyota and Blyda Ford in Northhampton Massachusetts. I worked at North Amherst Motors untill 1981 when I then partnered with Tom Doubleday starting our own business called 116 Arco on Amherst road in Sunderland, Massachusetts. I then relocated to Rt 9 Sunoco at 457 Russell Street Hadley, Massachusetts where I was an owner-operator for about 22 years. I have been at this location Z auto 105 East Street Hadley, Massachusetts since 2001 where I now work by myself.
